This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
If this is your very first photoshoot—don’t worry! My sessions are relaxed and easygoing, and I’ll guide you through every step, from choosing outfits to natural posing that feels comfortable. You don’t need to know what to do in front of the camera—I’ll gently direct you so you can simply enjoy the moment while I capture genuine, beautiful images of you and your loved ones.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Sessions include travel within 30 miles of Rochester, NY. For locations beyond this, a travel fee applies at $0.75 per mile round-trip. For destinations requiring overnight accommodations, a custom travel quote will be provided.
What is fine art photography?
Fine art portrait photography is a creative approach that combines storytelling, emotion, and artistry. Unlike standard photography, it focuses on carefully crafted compositions and styling to create timeless, expressive images that feel like works of art.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
We’ll work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule.
Can I bring multiple outfits?
Absolutely! Outfit changes are encouraged for variety in your photos.
How do I book a session?
Booking is simple! Just fill out the contact form with your name, email, and a short message about the type of session you’re interested in. Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours to confirm availability, go over details, and answer any questions. After we’ve finalized your date and session type, I’ll send over a booking proposal and invoice to secure your spot. A $100 non-refundable retainer fee secures your session, and is due at the time of date reservation. The remaining balance of the session fee is due in full at the beginning of the session.
